Our Mission Statement
Her FAIRway CIC exists to break down barriers and drive meaningful change for women and girls in golf.
We believe that golf should be a game for everyone — not just a privileged few.
Our mission is to create inclusive, accessible, and empowering opportunities for women and girls of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities to experience the game in a way that feels welcoming, supportive, and fair.
We are here to challenge outdated norms, address the gender imbalance in participation and leadership, and reshape perceptions of what a golfer looks like. From grassroots initiatives to club-level reform, we work to remove the physical, social, cultural and emotional barriers that stop women and girls from getting started — or staying — in the game.
Through community-led projects, visibility campaigns, practical toolkits, mentoring, and collaboration with golf clubs and governing bodies, we are committed to building a future where women and girls are not just welcomed into golf — but are seen, heard, and valued at every level.
